This 15-minute assessment captures where you're starting from across the 15 mindsets of elite athletes. It's the data we use to show your growth throughout your program β and it's the most important 15 minutes you'll spend this week.
A few things before you start:
β Use the same email you registered with β this is how we connect your assessment to your account
β Use your full first and last name β no nicknames
β Answer honestly. There are no right or wrong answers. The point is to capture where you actually are, not where you wish you were.
