Mindset Workout 4: Resilience

Every tennis player faces setbacks—lost points, bad calls, or dropped sets. Resilience is the ability to bounce back faster than your opponent and show that you’re never out of the fight. This workout helps you rehearse quick resets so you can compete with full belief, no matter what happens .

âś… Hacks to Implement:

  1. Game-Day Cue — Tap your chest and say firmly: “Next point.” 

  2. Pressure Reset — Take one deep breath, clap your hands, and repeat “Next point.” 

  3. Pre-Match Cue — Place a small personal symbol (stone, note, or token) in your bag as a resilience reminder .
