Mindset Workout 5: Reflection

Improvement doesn’t come just from practice—it comes from honest reflection. Champions study their habits, identify patterns, and make targeted adjustments. Reflection is about learning something from every point so you grow match by match. This workout helps you train that learning mindset.  

âś… Hacks to Implement:

  1. Game-Day Cue — Glance at your strings between points and say: “Learn & adjust.”  

  2. Pressure Reset — Ask, “What worked?” take a deep breath, then commit to one adjustment on the next point.  

  3. Pre-Match Cue — Write one specific tactical goal in your notebook before you play.
