How Our Program Works 

 Program Format and Duration: Our virtual program is flexibly scheduled and requires participants to engage for 15 minutes per day over a consecutive 7-day period.

 Focus and Benefits: Centered around the Five Superpowers of Mental Health—Gratitude, Aspiration, Mission, Hope, and Resilience—our program activates the brain and shifts focus away from stressors like comparison, envy, and anxiety.

 Brain Activation and Fitness: Through intentional practices similar to "brain sit-ups," we activate the brains of teens and young adults, enhancing brain fitness akin to a workout at the gym. This strengthens the brain, making it robust and fit..

 Active Brain Management and Simple Steps: Our approach involves straightforward steps in Active Brain Management, using neuroplasticity to form new positive neural pathways. Just as simple as daily tooth brushing, these steps involve Activation, Brain Fitness, and Active Brain Management.

 Outcomes and Goal: The program builds mental strength and a positive mindset, equipping participants with tools for making positive daily decisions.
