Mindset Workout 2: Adaptability
No two matches are ever the same—opponents bring different strengths, courts play differently, and momentum shifts can happen in an instant. Adaptability is the ability to recognize when your plan isn’t working and make the right adjustments under pressure. This workout helps you build the awareness and courage to change gears so you can stay competitive in any situation .

Game-Day Cue — Snap your fingers and say “Change gears” to remind yourself you always have options .

Pressure Reset — When stuck, pause for a quick scan of your opponent’s weaknesses, pick one tactical shift, and repeat the mantra: Adjust and win .

Pre-Match Cue — Decide on two Plan B plays (like serve-and-volley or looping topspin) before the warmup begins .
