III. Student Data & Educational Use (K–12 Programs)
When the Platform is used by K–12 schools, school districts, or student-athletes as part of an educational program (including the Mental Edge Academy), the following terms apply:

Student data is not sold, rented, traded, or used for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes.

AEA does not use student data to build profiles for non-educational purposes.

In the event of a data security incident involving student data, AEA will follow applicable notification requirements and cooperate with the affected school or district.
IV. Age Requirements
For general use of the Platform, users must be at least 18 years old.
However, individuals under the age of 18 may access the Platform under the following circumstances:

Participation in a school- or organization-authorized program; or

Enrollment by a parent or legal guardian in a family or individual program.
In all cases, AEA does not knowingly collect personal information from minors without appropriate authorization from a school, parent, or legal guardian.

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Platform and deliver services.
