Program Objective:
The overall goal of the Leadership and Life Program is for every employee to believe it is the most important and transformative experience they have ever had in their career. This program will equip team members with mental fitness skills, leadership tools, and the ability to practice these through neuroplasticity, ultimately leading to sustainable success in both their personal and professional lives.


Program Overview:
The Leadership and Life Program is structured over six months, each focusing on key elements of leadership development, mental fitness, and personal identity creation. Participants will not only enhance their leadership skills but will also engage in exercises designed to rewire their brain for success using cutting-edge neuroscience principles (Active Brain Management).

NeuroFitness Academy, a platform offering a wide range of mental fitness exercises and resources.
AEA Institute App: Full access to the technology platform for personalized mental fitness programs and progress tracking.
Therapists, Coaches, and Assessments
Mental Health Therapists: Access to professional mental health therapists for personal support.
Life Coaches and Performance Coaches: Tailored coaching for personal development, performance enhancement, and goal setting.
100+ Assessments and Productivity Resources: Access to various assessments, questionnaires, and tools for tracking progress in personal development, leadership, and productivity.
Month 2:
Adaptability Intelligence & Abundance
Core Topics:
- Adaptability Intelligence: Understanding the critical need for flexibility and open-mindedness in both business and life.
- Abundance Mindset: Cultivating a mindset focused on growth and possibility, versus scarcity and fear.
- Utilizing Mental Fitness and Active Brain Management (ABM) to immerse participants in the practice of these two key factors for productivity and professional growth.
Family Engagement:
- Introduction of the Five Superpowers to employees' family members and significant others through specialized bootcamps and access to the NeuroFitness Academy.

Outcome: Employees will have a deeper understanding of how adaptability and abundance impact leadership. They will experience a mindset shift that promotes growth, open-mindedness, and resilience, not only in their work but also within their family and community environments.
Month 4:
Mastering Growth Mindset as a Business
Leader Core Topics:
- Growth Mindset for Leadership: Learn how to apply a growth mindset in every business situation, embracing challenges and obstacles as opportunities for learning.
- Growth Mindset in Personal Relationships: Develop the ability to use a growth mindset to enhance personal relationships, leading to richer and more meaningful experiences.
- Reframing Obstacles and Opportunities: Change the lens through which you view every obstacle and opportunity, transforming them into chances for continuous growth and learning.

Outcome: By the end of Month 4, employees will have mastered the art of maintaining a growth mindset, both professionally and personally. This is considered by many to be the most important skill for professional success. Participants will leave this module as growth mindset experts, equipped to face any challenge with the belief that they can improve and learn from it.
Month 6:
Memento Mori – Living a Life of Mission and Purpose
Core Topics:
- Memento Mori Bootcamp: Reflect on the impermanence of life and how this awareness can drive daily purpose and mission in both professional and personal spheres.
- AEA LifeQuakes Bootcamp: Learn how to navigate life’s most challenging moments with resilience, gratitude, and clarity.
- Teach-the-Teacher Program: Participants will put together a personal and professional mentor program, where they mentor a peer or someone else within the organization on mental fitness, mindset, and daily practices.
