Program Objective

The overall goal of the Leadership and Life Program is for every employee to  believe it is the most important and transformative experience they have ever  had in their career. This program will equip team members with mental  fitness skills, leadership tools, and the ability to practice these through  neuroplasticity, ultimately leading to sustainable success in both their  personal and professional lives. 

Program Overview

The Leadership and Life Program is structured over six months, each focusing  on key elements of leadership development, mental fitness, and personal  identity creation. Participants will not only enhance their leadership skills but  will also engage in exercises designed to rewire their brain for success using  cutting-edge neuroscience principles (Active Brain Management). 

Month-by-Month Modules 

  • Month 1: Mental Fitness for Leadership

Month 1:

Mental Fitness for Leadership

Core Topics: 

  • Introduction to leadership in business and life, focusing on practical skills that can be developed and mastered.

Outcome: By the end of Month 1, employees will have a basic understanding of mental fitness and how it can enhance their leadership and personal lives. They will begin to incorporate practices into their daily routines that foster leadership qualities, laying the groundwork for long-term transformation. 

Month 1:

Core Topics: 

  • Adaptability Intelligence: Understanding the critical need for flexibility  and open-mindedness in both business and life.
  • Abundance Mindset: Cultivating a mindset focused on growth and  possibility, versus scarcity and fear. 
  •  Utilizing Mental Fitness and Active Brain Management (ABM) to  immerse participants in the practice of these two key factors for  productivity and professional growth. 

Family Engagement

  •  Introduction of the Five Superpowers to employees' family members  and significant others through specialized bootcamps and access to  the NeuroFitness Academy

Outcome: Employees will have a deeper understanding of how adaptability and  abundance impact leadership. They will experience a mindset shift that  promotes growth, open-mindedness, and resilience, not only in their work but  also within their family and community environments. 

Month 3:

Identity Creation via Mental Fitness

Core Topics: 

  • Every individual employee will work on creating their ideal professional  and personal identity using the principles of Mental Fitness and ABM.
  • Understanding the power of self-identity and how it shapes every  outcome and behavior. 
  •  Neuroplasticity as a tool for transforming self-identity into one that  aligns with success, health, and leadership excellence. 

Outcome: Employees will have developed a clearer vision of their aspirational identity. By aligning their thoughts and actions with this new identity, they will begin to transform how they lead and live, unlocking new levels of confidence and performance. 

Month 3:

Identity Creation via Mental Fitness

Leader Core Topics: 

  •  Growth Mindset for Leadership: Learn how to apply a growth mindset in  every business situation, embracing challenges and obstacles as  opportunities for learning. 
  •  Growth Mindset in Personal Relationships: Develop the ability to use a  growth mindset to enhance personal relationships, leading to richer  and more meaningful experiences. 
  •  Reframing Obstacles and Opportunities: Change the lens through  which you view every obstacle and opportunity, transforming them into  chances for continuous growth and learning. 

Outcome: By the end of Month 4, employees will have mastered the art of maintaining a  growth mindset, both professionally and personally. This is considered by  many to be the most important skill for professional success. Participants will  leave this module as growth mindset experts, equipped to face any  challenge with the belief that they can improve and learn from it.

Month 5:

Building Bulletproof Confidence for Every Situation

Core Topics: 

  •  Confidence Bootcamps: This module will incorporate three key  boot camps from AEA: 
    • Imposter Syndrome Bootcamp: Overcome self-doubt and silence the inner critic. 
    • Confidence Building Bootcamp: Develop unwavering self-assurance in both professional and personal situations. 
    • Flow State Bootcamp: Learn techniques to enter a state of peak performance, where focus, creativity, and confidence thrive. Mental Fitness for Confidence: Use neuroplasticity techniques to build confidence that is not just situational, but deeply embedded in your subconscious.

Outcome: Participants will gain the tools and mindset to maintain bulletproof confidence in every significant situation, whether it’s a high-stakes meeting, a critical day, or an important week. By leveraging mental fitness practices, they will alter their mindsets to consistently achieve a state of peak confidence and performance.

Month 5:

Building Bulletproof Confidence for Every

Situation Core Topics:

Memento Mori – Living a Life of Mission and Purpose

Core Topics:

  • Memento Mori Bootcamp: Reflect on the impermanence of life and how this awareness can drive daily purpose and mission in both professional and personal spheres. 
  • AEA LifeQuakes Bootcamp: Learn how to navigate life’s most challenging moments with resilience, gratitude, and clarity.
  • Teach-the-Teacher Program: Participants will put together a personal and professional mentor program, where they mentor a peer or someone else within the organization on mental fitness, mindset, and daily practices.

Outcome: This final month integrates all previous modules into a cohesive practice,  encouraging participants to live every day with mission and purpose. They  will also develop mastery through teaching others, which solidifies their  expertise in mental fitness and leadership. The teach-the-teacher approach  ensures that each participant not only grows individually but also contributes  to the growth of others in the organization.
