This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase through the MindFit Academy website (the "Site") and related programs and services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by AEA Institute ("AEA," "we," "us," or "our") in partnership with Dr. Melissa Reed and Ryan Reed, operating as getKlarity ("our partner"). Where this policy refers to "we" or "us," it refers to AEA Institute and, where applicable, our partner acting jointly with respect to the Services.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form, create an account, register for a program, or make a purchase, we collect information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and any details you choose to share with us.

Payment information. When you purchase a program, your payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Kajabi and its payment partners, including Stripe and/or PayPal). We do not store your full card number or banking details on our own systems.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device and activity, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Information about your wellness goals. Some of our forms, assessments, or programs may ask about your interests, goals, or self-reported experiences related to mental fitness and wellness. You provide this information voluntarily. We treat it as described in this policy and do not use it to make medical, clinical, or diagnostic determinations.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and improve the Services;
• process your purchases and deliver the programs you sign up for;
• communicate with you about your account, purchases, and program updates;
• send you marketing and educational messages (which you can opt out of at any time);
• respond to your questions and provide customer support;
• understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We share information with companies that help us run the Services — for example, our website and course platform (Kajabi), payment processors, email service providers, and analytics providers. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
• Between AEA and our partner. Because the Services are offered jointly by AEA Institute and getKlarity, we may share your information between these parties to operate the Services, support you, and fulfill your purchases.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or ourselves.
• Business transfers. If AEA or its assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Your choices and rights

You have choices about how your information is used:

• Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We may still send you non-marketing messages about your account or purchases.

• State privacy rights.
