Over the course of 30 days, this team demonstrated impressive growth in mindset performance. Initial pre-assessment scores revealed an average baseline score of 2.79 across all 15 attributes. By the final post-assessment, the team’s average rose to 3.68 — a 36% overall improvement in mindset strength. This reflects consistent engagement with daily mindset workouts, weekly MindSprints, and a growing internalization of mental conditioning principles.

Key highlights include a remarkable 53% increase in "Focus", indicating the athletes are developing stronger presence, clarity, and execution under pressure. Mindsets like "Curiosity" and "Emotional Stamina" showed more modest gains (around 5%), which signals potential areas for future emphasis. Other traits such as "Grit," "Adaptability," and "Reflection" experienced steady growth, reinforcing that the team is building mental muscle across a broad spectrum of attributes — not just peak moments, but in sustained personal growth and self-awareness.
