Every day follows a repeatable five-part framework designed to activate focus in the morning and reinforce identity in the evening.
Athletes complete three AM workouts — Visualization & Mental Rehearsal, RAS Activation, and Verbal Encoding — followed by two PM workouts — Neural Journaling and Mindset Bursting.
